Skinnytaste’s Chicken Marsala Meatballs
We decided to try out one of SkinnyTaste’s recipes; Chicken Meatball Marsala! The original recipe is HERE.
We used Parmesan cheese instead of Pecorino – mostly because Parmesan was in the fridge and more convenient. This is a recipe that I wouldn’t usually make because, mushrooms, but I wanted to give it a try. Totally worth it! This is a delicious recipe that you should try for yourself.
We served them over egg noodles but you can make a sub, put them over veggies, or just eat them without anything. The sauce is so yummy that we’ll be double the Marsala wine mixture next time. I highly encourage you to do the same – especially if you’re putting it over noodles.
